More than 180 vendors, fresh garlic from regional growers, cooking demonstrations, live entertainment, family activities, educational exhibits, and unique agricultural experiences will return to Cuba, New York, when the Cuba Garlic Festival takes place September 19 and 20, 2026, at Empire City Farms, 105 South Street.
Presented by the Cuba Chamber of Commerce, the festival attracts thousands of visitors each year for a weekend celebrating garlic, local agriculture, food, music, shopping, and community. Festival guests can browse dozens of garlic varieties, purchase fresh garlic directly from growers, discover garlic braids, seed garlic, seasonings, infused oils, and other garlic-inspired products, and enjoy one of the region’s most distinctive fall events.
“The Cuba Garlic Festival is a celebration of community, agriculture, local businesses, and the incredible variety of garlic products available throughout our region,” said Kevin White, President of the Cuba Chamber of Commerce. “Whether you’re searching for fresh garlic, handcrafted braids, unique seasonings, cooking inspiration, live entertainment, or simply a fun day with family and friends, there is something for everyone to enjoy. We look forward to welcoming visitors to Cuba this September.”
The popular Stinking Rose Tent will once again feature cooking demonstrations from regional chefs, food producers, and culinary experts, while live entertainment will take place throughout the weekend on the Garlic Press Main Stage. Additional attractions include educational exhibits, agricultural demonstrations, contests, family activities, and opportunities to learn more about growing, harvesting, and cooking with garlic.

Admission is $10 for adults, while children 10 and under are admitted free. Parking is free. Pets are not permitted on festival grounds.
